often times our tendencies to receive love are reinforced by how our parents loved us. if our parents love us in a particular way (verbally), then are ability to receive love in that particular way (verbally) is stronger (like a muscle) and ultimately has an effect on the way we distribute love.

Audrey: trade languages allow you to communicate with whoever...and we have to operate in trade languages all the time, but the heart language speaks deeper to us and therefore few people experience the beauty of our heart language...even fewer experience our heart language who don't already speak our heart language.

realized that when i want something materially, i usually just go and buy it on amazon, without thinking twice. when did i become like this? need a shift in lifestyle i think…going to try and not automatically buy everything that i want, because everything i want, is not really needed.
